Diet:
Meal 1: Lunch with my dad: nice plate of Salmon at Bj's, with veggies, hold the rice please!
Peri-Post workout shake during my workout.
Meal 2: 2-Scoops of Whey Protein in Almond Milk with Oil, and a couple of Brazil Nuts, and a Salad.
Meal 3: Cottage Cheese with Almond Butter.
Total Calories: ~1500, 45% protein, 35% fat, 20% Carbs
